Actually no it's not. Pawn is a scripting language dumb ass XD... Plus yea it may be a little weird, but it's over the top awesome! Think about it, you script it, the toy does it. Bad ass, period. The programming language, Pawn, is used to program the toy. All of us scripture here in the SA:MP community are the top of all pawn scripting (no lie, we are the top of the list on the compuphase site), we should all have one of these to play with XD.

(Ps. I do not normally play with toys except for RC heli's and RC crawlers. But this is an adult toy, kids do not script.)
