Help ~ Server Crash's after 7mins

Ok, so i found out, that some person, made a new "suppose to be non crash" file, so i got it, and it still crashs.....
Can ANYONE Help me ??

its a good server... but just, ... somthin wrong with it , please fix o.0 : mrgreen:
