I had the exact same problem while switching to a Linux based server, commands weren't processing, everything was bugged and the server just didn't want to work how it does on a Windows based server, that fixed it.

I asked for Mione's assistance, but unfortunately he couldn't figure out what was going wrong. I then started to explore and fool around, and then I found a solution, at least for my server.
