It seems to make problems when there is no mysql plugin installed at all, I had not test that till now, sorry. Maybe thats the problem, ill add this to the installation guide.

Edit: There are also some lines in OnFilterscriptExit and GetGroundZ, if you take them out too, it works for me without the dll
