I knew these kinds of comments would incurr, thank you for that. Anyways: as I said I already have a few servers, and know about those kinds of things. How-ever, I am looking for a software that'd be able to properly, and securely handle payments, billing, service activation / deactivation, refunding / server management.

The cons of me myself producing such a software would be that it may lack security features big software bundles have. I want to be able to provide top security for anyone who may use my hosting company.

Money, for the most part, isn't an issue. And no, I am not trying to get some quick cash.
