Make a variable jailtime and save it to user data.
OnPlayerDisconnect:
If you are using y_ini, do INI_Int("Jailtime",PlayerInfo[playerid][jailtime]);
OnPlayerConnect:
if(PlayerInfo[playerid][jailtime]>0)
{
jail, warn,etc.... blah blah
}
OnPlayerDisconnect:
