I suggest you to ****** it and find or make something your own. Why all going with same GM again & again?
Try something different.You can find all type of gamemode under Gamemode section.Have a look at it.

You can add car system / house system to your existing gamemode. Just take some FS from here and add it to GM.You need bit skill for it.
