show whats printed in "server_log.txt"
i suspect that theres something wrong with the gamemode,
like it not being there.
if that'd be the case, it would just close like you described.
if it couldn't find your gamemode, it'll print

I couldn't load any gamemode scripts. Please verify your server.cfg It needs a gamemode0 line at the very least. |
