ASSERTION: People who need to ask about adequate hardware parts arent that confident with hardware in general. And installing a water cooling solution is rather difficult. Cheap water coolings arent any better than common air coolings, but much more complicated to install. So I would rather suggest a mid-range air cooling.
I absolutely agree with the rest you said, but my suggestion would be an Arctic Cooling i30, if you got problems with the temperature. Thats an air cooler that fits pretty much any needs, just heard good stuff about it yet. Should fit your socket, but better check if theres enough room on your motherboard, as the ram is blocking air coolers sometimes.
