You should create a sec variable too, unless you want for example: "to change a weather like every 60 seconds" of the current minute.
Why? Simple.

For example:
Fryday, h=5, m=2, 5:02 but
5:02:y, y=seconds.
So every 1 second until it reaches 60, it does something.
I told you this because I've seen something incorrect wich won't work the way we all want.
