Hire a scripter, simple. "good" script? What you think, all the scripts on SA-MP forums are bad? Ah, guys nowadays. The people who released the scripts, donated the scripts to the community. And, they prepared the script with full dedication and hardwork, just for the people on SA-MP forums. Don't insult anybody's work, sorry if I turned up to off-topic.
