There are two ways to do that.
1. Disable weapons inside the interior players won't use any guns so none will take hit but they can be killed by punching.
2. disable the whole damage and enable weapons none will take a damage by weapons nor by punches.
3. Disable damage and Weapons and everyone is happy.
