No there isn't. How-ever, you can send bullet data using YSF. Note that this is VERY VERY limited, and probably is buggy(can't confirm this).
But the simple answer would be no, you can't. You can how-ever force a robbery / aiming type animation, and shoot out a bullet-type object away from the player accordingly. You can then check if the object reaches 1.0 of an object, and or player, and then give the damage accordingly.
