Do you even reset the cars in the same method on the server as your local hosted version?

Fact is the exception POINTS TO VEHICLES...

Even if there are no errors in some areas, doesn't mean it's not the vehicles.

Again, Do you have MODS on your GTA... Emergency light mod crashes when cars despawn when they're streamed in.
