Introduction:
- Hey, ya'll, so I release my filescript, Vote-Kick system, based on Textdraws.

- So, an RCON starts a pool with command /VoteKick [ID]. A textdraw will appear on all and they are needed to choose. If they press Y they vote that player to be kicked. If they press N they vote that player to don't be kicked. If he don't press anything, then after 1 minute textdraws will disappear. An RCON checks with command /CheckPools how many players said Yes & No.
