Erm, there are some people who give out VPS, to host a individual's server. But, in my opinion, you shouldn't. Just save some money, buy a premium VPS, from a trusted company. Because, "free" things give the quality like 'em only. If you'd like to know more, about anything else about VPS providers, or the person who provides VPSs' or shits. Contact me ;P
