Well, recently my place got broken into, they took basically electronics. I wouldn't be asking here if I wasn't out of options, but is there any way to trace a laptop, phone with no data plan, or wifi-only tablet?
They're probably all turned off, as for the laptop it's definitely off, I tried getting the IP through the antivirus (Avast), but since it's off, the last IP is my own.

Note: none of these devices have an anti-theft software
