I have a biiiiiiig problem with ipleomax.

I've downloaded all the things that ipleo needs to work but it still not work.
I write the command /itd and when I click in New case and I write the name of the project, it doesn't do anything... It doesn't create the project and it doesn't give me the permission to manage this one please help me
