You don't need 2.1ghz RAM, sometimes higher speed RAM can perform lower than lower speed RAM. Get 1600mhz instead.

On CPU cooling. About a 2 weeks ago I bought a Corsair H60 water cooler. It was awful and couldn't handle my CPU full load temps. Upgraded to a Corsair H110 and it runs at 40celcius @ 100%. More expensive but really worth it if you're going to OC. Thermal paste too? Corsair CPU coolers come with pre-applied thermal paste, good stuff too.

1000w PSU, definitely not needed. 750w will do fine unless you want to add SLI GTX 980's or something ridiculous.

I'd recommend an Intel build too btw. Put some more money into it if you have to. No matter what people say Intel > AMD, by far. Both in CPU and GPU performance.
