First of all are you using windows or linux?

.so is for linux.

.dll is for windows.

Secondly.
Go to your server.cfg

plugins crashdetect.so

// If windows you can either put .dll or leave it like this.
plugins crashdetect.dll

And no you wont include it in your gamemode.
