It doesn't look like a base to me, just a usual settlement covered with the big fences around. The entrance isn't good and that road object which you've placed there in the last screen, looks awfull, because it's blazing, not perfectly placed.

I'd advice you just to re-create that place, by removing the original objects and replacing them with some military ones. Well it depends if you want it to look like a military base..

So i'm giving you 4/10. Allthough you're beginner, but next time try to be more creative and pay better attention to your map, how it looks like, what should you remove and what to add. Good luck!.
