Most free forum sites don't allow you to use a custom domain, we spoke about this on Skype a few days ago. Follow his tutorial above, the link your domain to 000webhost website.

EDIT: Misread, do you have access to the MySQL database. If no, then you can't. If yes look up "How to drop an MySQL database"
