You must put correct version of mysql plugin in plugins folder then in pawno/include correct mysql.inc then you must recompile gamemode. If you are running a server on your home host then make sure that you have right microsoft visual c++ 2010 2012 and 2013 and also that microsoft visual c++ must be in x86 which is 32 bit and plugins are running on 32 bit version that thee same problem I have and I downloaded that stuff and it's work with no problems iff you need more help about microsoft visual c++ ask me on pm and we will solve it before that make sure that you have correct plugin and a_mysql.inc then recompile gamemode install microsoft visual c++ and it will work

Can this be caused because when I updated to mysql r39-2 (latest release), it gave me error that some .dll's are missing and I added them manually ?
UPDATE: Nevermind, I'm going to learn MySQL on my laptop It just runs smoothly there and I don't even want to bother fixing something, that probably I won't need in 1 year.
