MySQL plugin just refuses to load

after you install those three restart you pc compile gamemode with your plugin and a_mysql.inc and it will work. I hope so that I help you.
I forgot to try this and I did tried it ... Sadly still no result ....

Can this be caused because when I updated to mysql r39-2 (latest release), it gave me error that some .dll's are missing and I added them manually ?

UPDATE: Nevermind, I'm going to learn MySQL on my laptop It just runs smoothly there and I don't even want to bother fixing something, that probably I won't need in 1 year.
