You aren't setting a value to IsPlayerAfk[playerid] and you expect it to work?
I fixed that in the commands I posted.
Make sure to set IsPlayerAfk[playerid] to 0 under OnPlayerDisconnect or OnPlayerConnect, or it will bug.
