You must click Restart Now when it asks you to, it doesn't save it otherwise.

If you did then try replacing your fonts in Start -> Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization (or Fonts) with these [default Arial fonts from me]: https://www.sendspace.com/file/yjxx6z
