OnPlayerTakeDamage:
It gets called, but doesn't give the player damage.
OnPlayerWeaponShot:
This always gets called when a player shoots a weapons.
SetPlayerHealth:
This works on hackers.
(Note: Some hacks automatically refill after SetPlayerHealth)
CreateExplosion:
If the player is health hacking, they wouldn't get any damage.
