Guys guys! Don't worry about the delay of PC version. Those console gamers will try out the first version of the new improved GTA V and us, PC gamers will try out the best version which is tested by our fellow console gamers. So, I'm really sure that Rockstar Games won't disappoint PC gamers with some badly optimized game, so that's why I can wait abit more for a proper release.
