I have a Gigabyte UD3 990FX and that rev is outdated. The new rev is 4.0 and that rev has different heatsinks from the one on the picture you showed. Also, get a R9 285 or R9 280x; both are better than the 760s.

Other thing, get a FX 6300; it's not that expensive and it's good too. PSU is good.
