There might not be big boats but still big pirate ship attachments can be done over small boats. This is actually a cool idea because we got many features on SA-MP which would let us to do many Pirate gameplay stuffs. I had thought about this after playing Assassin's Creed IV. Never started the development of it because I never got any time to work along with that gamemode, however the idea seems pretty interesting.
