Dynamic Carownership system by RAPlaY

Hello sampers,

this is filterscript of Dynamic Carownership system. Script is good for RolePlay servers and it's simple.

Commands in script: /cvehicle - to create vehicle, /buyvehicle - to buy vehicle and /car (info, sell, locate, buygps, gps, color, sell, accept, park, delete) - to have control on your vehicle.

Credits: RAPlaY - Made script, ****** - for YSI packet and sscanf.
