I can't tell you the object ID... I would suggest however you look around for it In-Game in San Fierro as I'm sure it's used there. However, that object has been retextured so keep in mind it won't have the same texture, knowing San Fierro it will be concrete or white.
Once you find it, go back to that location in the map editor, click it and it will come up with the object ID. To choose my objects I just used to have fun enjoy myself in my server, and when I see the object saved the location with /save THIS OBJECT!! and used those co-ords to return to the location.
Also, ignore the guy above. If he HAD the object ID he would post it, you'd likely get the correct answer from the scripting section however... just because everyone there is interacting with objects daily. Whereas this is where the lazy ones come to play. No offence to anyone, I post here too xD.
