Well, if your computer crashed when you hit F5, it was probably saving the file, so my best guess is that it's corrupted. You can try and see if Windows retained any previous versions, if there's any backups, etc., but other than that, if you didn't take any backups, look into file recovery, this doesn't have much to do with SA:MP.
