The server will eat up your internet leaving you with a low internet speed, you'll need to leave the pc opened for 24/7 which means you'd be better prepared for the electricity bill, nontheless you will need a good pc to handle the server requirements and spend plenty of time watching after your pc for hackers and be prepared for DDoS attacks.
Last but not the least, have enough money in case you'll burn any component on your pc.
Suggesting first to learn before considering to open anything on the internet, be it a game server or a website.
