Hello,

I'm always getting ERROR 19 even if i download a standard script with the include files included.

Does someone knows how to fix that anoying problem ?




The database is running.

I already tried to to things lime main(), reinstall the include files and stuff.

And updated it to R7

it still says could not connect to DB
