my host is windows and there .dll plugins works fine but on my pc it not work this r38 mysql plugin I have correct inc file and mysql plugin in plugins folder and libmysql.dll in main folder

I was downloaded microsoft visual c++2010 2010 SP1 and 2012 and still nothing . thanks
