Hi there,
Im just a Player on a Server, and wanted to change (mod) the weather. Ive combinied two mods, and the orginal gta weather to one mod, which looks very realistic.
BUT on SAMP it the same weather, like without any modding. Is it impossible to change, like the vehicle handling? If not, what could I did wrogn, and how I can fix it?
