Most simple answer, this is SA:MP and not MTA. You have to get help related to MTA in their forums and not here. Again, SAMP has its own map editor while MTA has its own. MTA has its own forums, where you can get help related to it and SAMP, has its own forums, related to SAMP help and problems.
