How do i do this

So if a diffrent player enters your bought car it says this car belongs to (id)

I Want it so it says This Car Belongs To (Name)

Currently i have it saying your id and not name.

How do i do the Name and not id?

EDIT: And plus i need it to say the name even if there offline!
