It could be multiple things:
- Bad host (hosting provider with poor server specs, or you just generally having bad specs.)
- Badly optimized script (using waaaay too many timers, not killing them, making sure you're using good saving systems, command proccesors, and also making sure the code is clean and especially isn't filled with loose intendation warnings.)
