Basically if you have a host for a server, and want to use this script, you will have to use MySQL. And when you have MYSQL, you will have your own Database (DB) and it will have a username, password and Database name. So when you host your server using MYSQL, you will have those (your username and password) and all you need to do is replace them in the '#define' lines where he says for example "Your DB Host", then just replace that part of the line (in between the speech marks) to the info from your server.
