Hi! I put on my server 10 NPC, but I think there are some problems:

- Problem nr. 1: A player has name from NPC - SS 1

- Problem nr. 2: The ID players start at 10 - SS 2

- (Maybe) Problem nr. 3: Mixed faction cars IDs when I spawn a car - SS 3

Tell me what happens ?!?!?!
