Assume around 40kbit per second per player, this will vary massively depending on your script.
50 players x 0.04 mbit/sec = 2mbit/sec. If you had 50 players in the server 24/7 for a whole month, you would use 648 Gigabytes of bandwidth.
The memory for a SA-MP server is not that important, it consumes a tiny amount of RAM per player compared to most other games.
