This is normally from modded games. You don't have the same mod as them maybe there mod changes something about the car. Also, some commands (Like /enter or /exit) may cause this, due to something happening on your screen of which the program/computer can't process quick enough.

My suggestion: Remove all your mods, this can also cause it.
