You've already narrowed it down significantly by saying a "peaceful" (ambiguous, however) faction, and it must be unique, hmm... there isn't really much to offer you. All the good stuff is already taken.
Anything which is suggested to you will probably be answered with "That's boring, that won't satisfy my players", and that's probably why I'm the only moron who's tried to help you so far.
