If you mean gang-points, then you need to make a dynamic system that saves positions, maybe also pickups with textlabel.

Second stage is setting up timers and a claiming command for gangs, I suggest using y_timers by y_less.

Third stage is doing additional commands. For instance, a command that the player with it can know where the gang zone located it and when it's going to start.

I hope that I helped, and I hope that you won't give up on trying. Remember it's always worths to do it!, and once you create the basic things it will be quite easier!.
