here some tips hopefully they will help :
1- go to "my documents" then you will find folder called "GTA San Andreas User Files" delete the folder the whole folder
2- delete all your current mods , or just try to check up them and see which one of them making your game crash
3-try to re-install SA:MP and download it,and (recommend) if you have GTA SA backup use it
