I am not allowed to upload the work of others (includes and plugins), that's in violation of the SA-MP forum's rules. If you follow the instructions nad use the requirements in the main post, it will work just fine.

I see that you use dini, have you created the folders needed? Be sure to have the folder in the scriptfiles directory. The exact folder tree is in the archive, just extract 'scriptfiles' from the archive to your SA-MP server's root directory.
