no... replace " || " with " && " its just in the middle of the if statement....
This is how i'm saying....
if(PlayerInfo[playerid][pMember] != 1 && PlayerInfo[playerid][pLeader] != 1)
and this is yours:
if(PlayerInfo[playerid][pMember] != 1 ||PlayerInfo[playerid][pLeader] != 1)
