Dynamic Giftbox Problem

If I do /dynamicgift it will slap me(normal) but it only shows text saying "Giftbox - /getgift to get your gift" no pickup. Then if I do /getgift nothing happens. Help me. Thank you.

Just reply if you need anything like codes, etc.
