You get what you pay for when it comes to hosting. If you pay $50/month you'll see the differences between paying $8/mo, looking at the features it looks like you might be purchasing off of a reseller.
The issue with shared hosting is overselling, companies needing to pack as many people onto a server in order to make their money back because of offering low pricing.
If you're hosting anything serious I would recommend getting a VPS or a dedicated server.
As for fast response times use Cloudflare.
I'm not sure where you got this list of 'features', but it sounds like something out of a movie, using words like "Frontend servers" and "high performance Backend", "optimized HTTP server" and to top it off "multi-gigabit connection", lol.
